Welcome to globalhopes.org operated by Global Hope Inc.  We are a non-profit organization incorporated in Connecticut, USA, dedicated to providing education and healthcare support to underserved communities globally.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through globalhopes.org.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

When you make a donation through our website, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment Processing: All donations are processed by secure third-party payment gateways, specifically Stripe and PayPal. Global Hope Inc. does not directly collect, store, or process your credit card or sensitive financial information on its servers. This information is handled entirely by the respective payment processors, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
• Non-Refundable: Donations to Global Hope Inc. are generally non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, funds are typically put to use quickly to support our programs. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Global Hope Inc. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Connecticut located in New Haven County, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. No waiver by Global Hope Inc. of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Global Hope Inc. to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

The Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Global Hope Inc. regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
